2. Purpose of ClickNet

ClickNet provides an online platform that connects communities by sharing town-specific information, including businesses, events, emergency numbers, and non-profit organizations.

3. Business Listings & Membership

• To list your business, you must complete our online application form and choose a membership plan.

• Listings are charged per town or area.

• Payments are processed securely via PayFast or EFT.

• Once a listing is live, no refunds will be issued, including if a listing is removed due to policy violations.

4. Content Restrictions

ClickNet reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove any business listing or content at our sole discretion.
The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Pornography, adult entertainment, or sexually explicit content.

• Illegal services, gambling, or drug-related content.

• Hateful, violent, or discriminatory material.

• Misleading or fraudulent business information.

Listings that violate these conditions will be removed without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. User Responsibilities

By submitting information, you confirm that:

• All details provided are accurate and lawful.

• You have the right to represent the business or organization.

• You will update your information if it changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClickNet will not be held responsible for:

• Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your use of the platform.

• Errors in listings, downtime, or interruptions of service.

We provide the platform “as is” and do not guarantee specific results or exposure levels.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and structure of ClickNet are owned by ClickNet South Africa and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our material without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your listing or access at any time if you breach these terms or misuse the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
